A new dawn in real bread
A few moons back Hobbs House Bakery and a hand full of South West bakeries sowed the seeds of sustainability and continuity by starting work with the City of Bristol Collage to develop a new and fit for the future Modern Apprentice scheme in Craft Baking.
Now they have reaped the sweet fruits of their toil by growing a corns ear above the rest (Adam) and winning Bakery Apprentice of the Year and the much coveted 'Employer of the Year' Trophy in the bakery category, so establishing and celebrating a new root for the Craft/Real bread bakers of tomorrow.
