We believe the key to a successful website is having information that's relevant and current.
That's why you'll find our events diary right on the front page, refreshed every night so it's always up-to-date.
This isn't a website where you visit once and you've seen everything. We'll reflect what's happening in Yate and Chipping Sodbury, so we're continually updating and adding to the site.
Early days
MyYate is still very new, but we have been running a very successful website in Thornbury for a few years: www.MyThornbury.co.uk.
We're hoping that MyYate will develop in the same way, and become just as valued by local residents.

If you're organising an event in or around Yate or Chipping Sodbury, please let us know and we'll publicise it for you - for free. We also welcome brief news items for the home page.
Also, if your organisation is non-profit-making, we'll list you for free. Information on business advertising will be available shortly.
