South Gloucestershire NCT Nearly New Sale

This sale is expected to be one of South Gloucestershire’s branch most popular. Our sales here are very popular with both buyers and sellers alike, so buyers should be able to grab some fantastic bargains.”
Nearly New Sales provide parents with the opportunity to buy top quality clothes, toys and accessories for babies and toddlers in `nearly new' condition at fantastic prices. Plus, all profits from the sale of tables and entrance fees go towards helping the NCT charity support its services and campaigns. The NCT is the UK’s leading parenting charity, every year we help over a million parents along the fantastic journey that is pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
With 700 organised UK-wide by local NCT branches each year, Nearly New Sales help around 250,000 expectant and new parents kit out their children for far less than high street prices. Parents who are concerned about finances, especially during the current economic squeeze, could find the sales help ease the strain on their budget. Figures show the cost of raising a baby in the first year, including pre-birth purchases, can run to between £1,000 to £3,500. Not only that, but parents have the reassurance of knowing that all profit from the sale goes towards the vital work undertaken by the NCT.
South Gloucestershire NCT Co-Chair, Angela Athay-Hunt, says “'Nearly Sales are a fantastic opportunity to kit your children out for an entire season inexpensively. They are also a great experience for us as they provide the opportunity to meet both members and non-members and invite local parents to get involved with the wealth of support and activity which the branch offers all parents.
