Barratt Homes is proposing to build up to 250 new homes, related infrastructure and landscaped public open space at Peg Hill, Yate.
No planning application has been submitted yet and Barratt Homes is inviting residents and businesses to hear more about the proposals and to discuss thoughts and ideas with members of the project team. There will be the opportunity to leave feedback which will be used to help shape the plans.
The exhibition will be run on behalf of Barratt Homes and follows the requirements of South Gloucestershire Council's Planning Concept Statement and pre-planning application procedure.
