West Walk Surgery is moving into the new Yate West Gate Centre and will open its doors for business in the new premises on Monday 8th March.

To accommodate the move from its temporary building, West Walk Surgery will be closed on Friday 5th March.

Martin Wilkes, Managing Partner of West Walk Surgery said: “We are delighted to be moving into our new premises in the Yate West Gate Centre. I’m sure all of our patients will appreciate the modern and spacious facilities and being able to access other health and council services all under one roof.

“The surgery will not be open on Friday 5th March and we apologise for the disruption of service whilst we move buildings. If any of our patients do have an emergency on that day they can contact our branch surgery in Coalpit Health.”

On Friday 5th March, if you have a medical emergency and you need to see a GP urgently please contact Coalpit Heath Surgery, 3 Church Lane, Coalpit Heath, BS36 2SR. Tel: 01454 772150. Over the weekend patients should contact the usual out-of-hours GP service, Frendoc, on 0845 121 0504. If you need to order a repeat prescription please do so by Friday 26th February.
