Put your best foot forward this May for 'A Walk a Day' - a fortnight's 'festival' of gentle walks and outdoor events in Yate. Start with a Walk and Healthy Shop and work up to the Family Wildwalk.

If you're a dog walker, tackle dog fouling issues the friendly way at a Green Dog Walkers Networking Event.

By then you'll be ready to "Experience Ultimate Relaxation & Total Well Being" - enter our All About Mi competition to win a Blooming Flower manicure or pedicure ritual.

And have a go at winning a Subway lunch.

Kids can win prizes too with Yate & Dodington in Bloom - they can paint a picture for the Blooming Fun competition.
