It will meet regularly to share information about key issues that concern us all and work together to develop a constructive response.
It will strengthen the links between voluntary sector representatives and the groups they represent, provide a focus for consultations with statutory bodies, facilitate the two-way flow of information between the voluntary sector and the statutory sector, and provide an opportunity for voluntary sector organisations to meet, discuss, share expertise and decide on how to progress on key issues.

South Gloucestershire LINk is bringing you this event in response to concerns raised at local Safer and Stronger groups.
There will be speakers from Great Western Ambulance Trust, The Frenchay Hospital Project group and from the new Yate Health Centre (the West Gate Center). This event is aimed at people living in the following areas: Yate, Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne, Chipping Sodbury, Westerleigh and Ladden Brook, but is also open to anyone else.

Following the launch of the Yate Community Plan, over 30 volunteers signed up to the Implementation Group. The
group meets to prioritise and progress 12 key actions from the plan. Each of these themed actions is now being progressed by an existing or new Yate Town Council, South Gloucestershire Council or Community Group.
