Yate Heritage Centre

6-7.30pm (church open from 5pm)

A free event organised by Yate Heritage Centre and St Mary's Church, held on St Mary's Green with the St Mary's School choir.

The Church will be open from 5pm for the Christmas Tree Festival. Carols will begin at 6pm at Yate Heritage Centre, with refreshments available at the end.

Please bring torches. There will be 10 carols with St Mary’s School Choir singing 4 of them. Sheet music will be available.

Moo Music - Moosical Fun for your Little One.
An hour and fifteen minutes of Christmas themed Moo Music fun!

We will be posting letters to Santa, riding in his sleigh with the reindeer, playing with snowballs, singing Christmas songs, mooving, playing and having LOTS of Moosical fun!

The session will include around 45 minutes of Moo Music songs, with 30 minutes being spent on craft activities, drinks and festive refreshments!

The session will be suitable for children aged 0 - around 7 years old, so perfect for siblings to attend.

3.30-5pm, Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 December

These dramatic performances of the Christmas story by members of St Michael’s Church are suitable for all ages and we can all join in to sing well known carols.

Gates open at 3.30pm so that visitors can collect a cup of mulled wine or fruit juice and a mince pie in advance of the Carols at 4.00pm.

Please remember, the Barn is an unheated medieval agricultural building so wrap up warm.

The grounds are uneven so wear suitable footwear.

A torch maybe useful.

Parking is limited so please walk if you possibly can. If you do need to bring a car please enter Church Lane from the Beacon Lane end only (ie. one way system exiting onto Winterbourne High Street).

Join Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and the Lost boys as they fly you off to Neverland in a swashbuckling family pantomime adventure! You'll see petrifying pirates, a dazzling dame and fabulous fairies! With songs for all the family, come along and experience the magical story of the boy who never grows up!
