Yate Leisure Centre has a wide range of facilities, including a large swimming pool.
As part of the Leisure Centre's £1.8 million refurbishment, we have the new Café Re, which offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a new and exciting menu.
Also, Atlantis is our brand new softplay facility which offers children a place to let off steam in a fun and safe environment. The underwater theme includes elements to enhance your child's social, sensory and interactive development.
The new Active Fitness Centre includes 90 pieces of Technogym equipment, set in all-new surroundings overlooking the swimming pool. Additional facilities will include new dry and wetside changing rooms and a spinning studio.

Bristol Phoenix is a club which is open to all women and girls. Formed in September 2008 from the female sections of Chipping Sodbury CC, Shirehampton CC and Thornbury CC, its aim is to provide opportunities for women and girls who live in the North Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas to join a club dedicated to the development of women's and girls' cricket.

Chipping Sodbury is a large cricket club and is one of the oldest and most established in the Bristol area, having been around since 1860.
The cricket club runs 5 senior league sides on Saturdays and 2 senior league sides on Sundays, with good youth integration.

With around 180 members, we operate out of Yate Leisure Centre, and cater for all ages and abilities, from non-swimmers who wish to learn to swim through to Masters who have been in the water for many, many years. We are always looking for new members who have the commitment to train hard, improve and then take part in competitions.

Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC) has an indoor sports hall - 4 badminton court size suitable for a range of sports including five-a-side football, indoor hockey, basketball, volleyball, indoor cricket, table tennis, martial arts and much more! A dance studio is also available for hire, with a sprung floor and air conditioning.
We have fully refurbished the all weather pitch and this is now open and available for hire.
